THE JOB: As the full-time Office Manager you are joining our internationally renowned Concept Art team at our studio office in Friedrichshain Berlin. Your tasks concern the management of the administration, finances (including payroll) and continued operation of the studio itself (including IT tasks).


  • First point of contact for all guests, external vendors and suppliers.
  • Handling financial matters such as wage data, monthly registrations, bookkeeping (tax accounting, invoicing, etc).
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing telecommunication, phone calls, email, postal and courier services.
  • Managing administration of Employee paperwork such as income-tax, benefits and all relevant forms.
  • All travel management, logistics, booking and book-keeping of travel expenses.
  • All internal filing and documentation logistics.
  • Run administrative background tasks such as ordering office supply restock, drinks & food, studio beautification.
  • Help (new) employees to be set up and assist them with logistical help needed to live and work in Berlin.
  • IT support such as setting up computers, accounts, local server & password management.
  • Create and organize company events, outings, dinners, celebrations.
  • Sales & customer service management of



  • Proficient in both English and German. English is our company language, so a perfect grasp, both written and spoken, is a must, but you will also be dealing with numerous German speaking vendors and customers.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently, prioritise and handle pressure.
  • Organised to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and anticipate business needs.
  • Detail driven, self-starter with a strong level of initiative.
  • Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Understanding of basic IT tasks necessary for the running of a studio.
  • Conduct yourself in a gentle and nurturing manner, oriented toward improving the office atmosphere at all times.

THE JOB: As a Senior Concept Artist you work hand in hand with the Art Director and the Lead Artist to ensure the highest quality on any given project. You oversee the work of Junior Artists and guide them to reach the internal quality benchmark. You provide creative input and look for ways to improve the pipeline. You provide feedback to the team and introduce both knowledge and technical skill to the daily routine.


  • Minimum 4+ year industry experience.
  • Excellent visual creativity and passion for character design and illustration.
  • Excellent narrative and illustrative skills. Must be able to place more than one figure into a composition. An affinity for storytelling is highly desired.
  • Must have perfect understanding of human anatomy, proportion, contemporary fashion, various cultures and be able to change and adapt across different genre and media.
  • Advanced understanding of value, lighting, colour and perspective.
  • Solid 2D art skills and expertise in Photoshop, is a must.
  • Ability to take a character from an early concept through the pipeline to a fully rendered, high quality finish.
  • Must be a team player who understands art direction and how to help enhance the team’s output.
  • Must have shipped a minimum of 3 titles or been involved in similar productions to understand the pipeline accordingly and work toward internal deadlines.
  • This is a full-time, in-house, permanent position so willingness to (re)locate to Berlin is necessary.
  • Willingness to look after, mentor and share your knowledge with your junior colleagues.
  • SIXMOREVODKA’s company language is English, so a good grasp of the language is a must.



  • Over-reliance on 3D, Photo Bashing & Photography.
  • Lone Wolves who just want to do it “their” way. Team-work is a must.
  • Portfolios filled with Environment Art and zero Characters. We love great Environment Art, but without Characters we can’t tell stories in these worlds.
  • Portfolios only featuring Studies, Portraits and Self-Portraits.
