We are always on the lookout for bright new talent and artists who can bring their own edge to our team. We understand that team work is what makes our ideas strong and keeps our skills sharp. We review new portfolios on a weekly basis and reach out to potential candidates for additional art tests and interviews. Our hiring process is long and in depth, but it guarantees that we find the right people to work with.
We are NOT INTERESTED in unannounced, unscheduled walk-ins, personal portfolio drop offs, portfolio reviews at the door, presents that show how nice you are, recommendation letters or lunch invitations. Let your work speak for itself.

// JUNIOR CONCEPT ARTIST / CHARACTER DESIGNER

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 1 year industry experience (independent projects, internships etc. within the industry also qualifies)
  • Visual creativity and passion for character design and illustration.
  • Must be able to place more than one figure into a composition. An affinity for storytelling is highly desired.
  • Must have strong understanding of human anatomy, proportion, contemporary fashion, various cultures.
  • Solid 2D art skills and proficiency in Photoshop, is a must.
  • Must be a team player who understands art direction and how to help enhance the team’s output.
  • SIXMOREVODKA’s company language is English, so a good grasp of the language is a must.
  • This is a full-time, in-house, permanent position so willingness to (re)locate to Berlin is necessary.

 

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:

  • Over-reliance on 3D, Photo Bashing & Photography.
  • Lone Wolves who just want to do it “their” way.
  • Portfolios filled with Environment Art and zero Characters.
  • Portfolios only featuring Portraits and Self-Portraits.

//GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


A student in the field of graphic design / visual communication with interest in typography, editorial & print design. Good skills with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are required, as well as some experience with pre-print processes.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with the concept and design of editorial layouts.
  • Poster design and pre-print preparations.
  • Taking over in-house printing jobs.
  • Paper prototyping and helping out with packaging and distribution of our print products.
  • This is an in-house position so (re)location in Berlin will be necessary and at your own cost.

// SENIOR PRODUCER

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As the Senior Producer you work hands on with the Leadership of SIXMOREVODKA to drive the company’s successful business development. Your key tasks include the strategy and tactical descision making, develop annual budget plans, market positioning, expansion, hiring, and the implementation of new projects. You are a critical thinker and confident in leading your tasks in the company’s best interest, while enhancing the current performance of the team. As the Senior Producer you conduct executive decisions, drive and direct the company’s growth and produce results that solidify the company’s future.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Partner with the leadership of SIXMOREVODKA
  • Direct client acquisition, manage existing client relationships and build meaningful partnerships with external assets
  • Align on strategy, business development, expansion, hiring, new projects
  • Own the tactical to drive the Organization to strategy
  • Display confidence in all tasks and projects and run them efficiently without needing additional oversight from leadership

 

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proficient in English. English is our company language, so a perfect grasp of it is a must. Additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills. Able to interact successfully with all levels of staff and management
  • Love for all forms of Entertainment, Art, Movies, Games and Comics. Understand the value of the work and what goes into creating it
  • Initiative and Proactivity. Can prioritize the importance of tasks and act accordingly
  • Ability to assess issues/risks before they occur
  • Understands and can work with Artists, understands individual artistic motivation
  • Can provide “tough love” feedback
  • Take work off of SMV leadership
  • Establish effective production workflows with clients, including Tracking & Feedback distribution
  • Understands the strengths and weaknesses of each Artist and can assign work appropriately
  • Can estimate work completion via standard processes like Waterfall and KanBan
  • Can estimate team composition changes to increase productivity
  • Can communicate status/risks to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Holds the Art team accountable and can drive the team to hit deadlines and consistent quality

// OFFICE MANAGER

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As the Office Manager you are joining our internationally renown team of artists at our new studio office in Berlin, Germany. Your tasks concern the internal affairs, structure and organization of our team. Your input and skills shape the dynamics and logistics of how our company will grow and develop in the future. You manage and coordinate key tasks of internal administration and provide the backdrop for functional business development.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • First person of contact for all guests, clients, suppliers and outsourcing partners.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing telecommunication, phone calls, email, postal and courier services
  • All travel management, logistics, booking and bookkeeping of travel expenses
  • Preemptive company bookkeeping in collaboration with our tax accounting
  • All internal filing and documentation logistics
  • Organize all internal/external meetings, book meeting rooms, prepare meeting schedule and written protocol
  • Create and organize company events, outings, dinners, celebrations
  • Run all administrative background tasks such as ordering office supply restock, drinks & food, studio beautification and management of the office cash box
  • Manage vacation calendar for the entire team, file sick leaves, manage office organization and create plans to improve office atmosphere
  • Help new hires to be set up, introduce them to company structures and assist them with logistical help

 

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proficient in both English and German. English is our company language, so a perfect grasp of it is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills. Able to interact successfully with all levels of staff and management
  • Conduct yourself in a gentle and nurturing manner, oriented toward improving the office atmosphere at all times
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize and handle pressure
  • Organized to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and anticipate business needs
  • Detail driven, self-starter with a strong level of initiative
  • Proficient in MAC and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Unfortunately, we don’t accept walk-ins or unsolicited visits to our studio.
We are a fully functioning studio and are working on client projects everyday. Therefore, we are not able to have the general public see what we are working on. In the case we open the studio for a public viewing day, we will post it online.
